what was the winning thoughprocess to speed up F2L?

i have been trying to get my F2L faster, but with the current method i cant get it better than between 15-25 seconds.
Can anyone tell me what i should be working on? Do you have algs for all F2L cases aswell?

im just testing out the forum functionality, but the question is a real one.. i cant seem to get any faster with just intuitive turning, so i guess i need to learn better recognition and drink a redbull or something, hehe.
